Good Evening EGYB Parents !!
East Greenwich Youth Basketball is excited to move forward with our plans with a 2021-2022 basketball season!

Understandably, this season will not look like those in the past.
We are working to employ adequate measures to ensure compliance with COVID protocols required by the East Greenwich Township School District and Kingsway School District .
Some of these protocols and safety measures that the schools require will result in reduced gym time and availability for EGYB.
As a result, please note the following:
• The 2021-2022 program will be available to boys and girls from East Greenwich Township in Grades 3-8.
• Grades 3-6 will play an entirely In-House schedule.
Grades 7-8 (TBD) as we are looking to partner with our sending district schools to help fill a league out that all teams can play in for the upcoming year.
• Age groups will be capped in terms of total numbers , this is done to ensure we keep teams smaller that we have in the past and to provide enough gym space for all the teams in EGYB.
• Grades 1-2. While we will not be able to offer our traditional program for Grades 1-2 this year, we hope to provide a clinic for the kids in late winter. There will be more information on this in the coming weeks.
