Equipment & Court
• Rim Height: 9 feet
• Ball Size: 28.5 inches
Defense
• Man-to-man defense only (no zone, box-and-one, or hybrid defenses)
• No pressing at any time
• No defensive pressure outside the 3-point line until the ball crosses the 3-point line for the first time
• Once the ball has crossed the 3-point line, defenders may guard normally even if the ball returns outside the line
• No trapping in the corners by the baseline
• With less than 1 minute remaining
Game Administration
• The home team scorebook is the official book
• The home team must report the final score within 24 hours of the game
General Rules
• All standard basketball rules apply, including backcourt violations, traveling, and 3-second violations
• No pressing
Fouls & Free Throws
• A player who commits 6 personal fouls in a 40-minute game fouls out and is disqualified
• 7th team foul in a half results in one-and-one free throws for all defensive and loose-ball fouls
• On non-shooting fouls, the first free throw must be made to earn the second
• 10 or more team fouls in a half result in two free throws
• Free throws are shot from the hash mark closest to the foul line
Game Timing
• 10-minute running clock quarters
• Clock stops for timeouts, free throws, injuries, and official timeouts
• Last 2 minutes of the 2nd and 4th quarters: clock stops on all whistles• With less than 1 minute remaining in the 4th quarter, all inbounds after a timeout must be taken in the frontcourt
Timeouts
• Each team is allowed 3 full timeouts and 2 thirty-second timeouts per game
Overtime
• One 3-minute overtime period during the regular season
• If the game remains tied after overtime, the game ends in a tie
Sportsmanship & Conduct
• Referees have the authority to remove anyone acting inappropriately
• First ejection: suspended for the next game
• Second ejection: mandatory 2-game suspension and possible league removal pending board review
• Third ejection: automatic removal from the league

A player who commits 6 personal fouls over the course of a 40-minute game, fouls out and is disqualified for the remainder of the game.
One on One - Upon committing the 7th team foul of the half, a team is penalized and the opposing team is awarded at least one free throw for any defensive or loose-ball foul, no matter if the foul was shooting or non-shooting. In the case of a non-shooting foul, the opposing player must make the first free throw in order to be awarded a second free throw. 2 free throws will be awarded for 10+ team fouls.
PLAYERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO JUMP OVER THE FOUL LINE DURING FOUL SHOTS.
Once the ball has crossed the 3pt line defense is free to play basketball even if the ball comes back outside the 3pt line either by pass, rebound, or blocked shot.
10 minute running clock at all levels. The clock stops on time outs, foul shots, injuries and official’s time outs. During the last 2 minutes of the 2nd and 4th quarters ONLY, the clock will stop on ALL whistles.
TIMEOUTS: 3 FULL AND 2- 30 SECOND PER GAME.
OVERTIME: 3 MINUTE PERIODS UNTIL GAME IS DECIDED
THE REFEREES HAVE THE DISCRETION TO REMOVE ANYONE THEY FEEL IS ACTING IN AN INAPPROPRIATE MANNER
If any player, parent, or coach is ejected from a game, they will be suspended from the next game. If it happens a second time, there will be a mandatory 2 game suspension and possible removal from the league pending a board discussion. A third offense is an automatic removal from the league.
